    California State University, Florence announces a job opening in the area of Political Science 2018.

    The CSUIP in Florence is inviting applications from qualified individuals for a part time teaching position in political science with a focus on European and Italian topics. Minimum qualifications include: Ph.D. in the field with at least 3 years teaching experience and preferably 2 years experience of teaching in a study abroad program or other international context and the ability to teach in English. In addition, demonstrated successful teaching, proven record of research and publications, commitment to student education in a study abroad program, interdisciplinary approaches and innovative pedagogy are highly desirable.

    CSUIP in Florence was established in 1966. This one-year program has a strong curriculum with diverse courses and areas of study and vast cultural activities and community engagement projects that serve a group of approximately 80 students who come from the 23 CSU campuses to study in Florence.
